- How to check order information?
After the payment is completed, the warehouse will fulfill your order according to your ordering information and try to send it to you within 3 days. After the order is issued, there will be an email notification. Please check it carefully.
- How to check the delivery progress?
After the order is issued, we will update the logistics info. It include the tracking number and logistic company.
- How to check logistics information?
It may be because the courier has not entered the information temporarily. If it has not been updated for a long time, please contact us directly to help you handle it.
- Why hasn't my logistics status changed?
